Tae Kwon Do/Karate.  Three classes per week; $50 per month


Dates and times:  Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

                               Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

                               Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Yoga Classes.  Two classes per week; $3.00 per class.


Dates and times:  Tuesdays from 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

                               Thursdays from 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Silver Sneakers. Creative multi-level conditioning class for Medicare eligible adults.


Dates and times:  Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Walking Track & Exercise//Weight Room


Our walking track is open to  the community during the FLC hours of  operation; 19 laps = 1 mile.  Our Exercise/Weight Room is also available for those 17 years of age and older and includes two treadmills, two Airdyne bikes, a commercial weight machine, and free weights.  The cost is free, however, donations are accepted at the Welcome Desk.
